  • Executive Consulting

I am an Executive Consultant for Neurodivergent High Performers. Distinct from psychotherapy or coaching, this approach provides focused one on one attention on helping you not just accomplish your goals, but build a sustainable life free of the cycle of burnout and despair that often follow the highs of any successful career. Neurodivergence includes bipolar disorder (which I have), autism (which I have a lot of experience with), ADHD, and many other issues which given the right attention can be shifted from liabilities to some of your greatest strengths. I want to help you harness your gifts and manage your challenges to build a meaningful and stable life. I don’t offer a simple step by step plan or flowery platitudes. I listen to you. I talk to you. I join you in the struggle and we walk through it together. It’s not my first rodeo, and I doubt it’s yours. Whether the issues are personal or professional, I can be your confidant and advisor. If you’re a physician, executive, or other high performing professional let’s connect and get your feet back on the ground. Call me, let’s talk.

  • Speaking

I speak frequently at conferences, businesses, fundraisers, workshops, and on podcasts. While I have spoken on topics ranging from wellness & burnout to the Psychological Flexibility Model, I am most focused now on sharing my own story of recovery from traumatic brain injury and bipolar disorder.
